Birthday Party FAQ’s

Yes and we’ll even put it in our fridge for you.

Mr. Puttys Birthday Packages do not include food. We recommend Napoli’s Pizza, conveniently located right next door for an easy, no hassle experience! (www.napolistegacay.com) We also sometimes partner with local food trucks who may be available on the day of your party. Inquire if interested to find out if we will have a food truck on site that day.

You are under no obligation to come, reschedule, or pay if weather does not permit the party: if weather is questionable, we’d appreciate you contacting us with your plans. Mr. Putty’s rarely closes due to weather; some attractions stay open regardless of weather. We will reach out 48 hours before if we believe weather will be in play. Parties will be fully refundable if paid in advance up to one week before the scheduled date. Less than 48 hours before will be refunded up to 50%, same day/night before are 100% non-refundable (unless extenuating circumstances).

To have the party table space reserved, you must meet the base price for the minimum of 10 people; if you know you’ll have less than ten, you may wish to simply pay the regular rates and forego the party reservation. Table space is almost never an issue, so you can just show up and “do your own thing” if you prefer.
